A new 5000 square foot state-of-the-art strength and conditioning center will be a highlight of the Mission Hockey Headquarters.  Complete with the Frappier Skating Treadmill free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes, and Nautilus equipment, the spacious center will accommodate today’s needs for the physical training demands of our Mission players.


The men’s and women’s Mission hockey programs will each have one of the top locker room facilities in the country. Each team will have their own private locker room and changing area to prepare for practices and games. The rooms will be equipped with modern video viewing capabilities as well.


This high traffic area will honor individual and team awards and accomplishments. The area will honor the many accomplishments of the individuals and teams that are part of Mission history.  A trophy case will also be located in this corridor as well.

Student-Athlete Study Area he Mission Hockey Headquarters will include an area where student-athletes will be able to study after classes and before practice or games.  The Study Area will  feature seating arrangements and several computer work stations for the Mission student-athletes.


Coaches’ locker rooms conveniently located to team locker rooms will allow our coaches to better meet the demanding time restrictions and various responsibilities they face each day.


This space will be used to store player sticks and will be conveniently located near the locker rooms.

New Lacrosse/Soccer Field/Bar & Grill

A new multi-purpose fully contained astroturf field for lacrosse, the fasted growing sport in the United States. The field is also setup for indoor soccer. The smaller field is ideal for 3 versus 3 leagues and practiced. The field will also be able to be used for additional conditioning for the Chicago Mission hockey teams.

 


The new bar & grill will be similar to the one at the Addison rink. It will have viewing areas of both rinks and a central bar for ordering food and drinks. The bar will have casual sports theme to watch your favorite team.
